Coimbatore has developed very rapidly in the past 10 years all the major Agricultural land has been converted in to Residential plots and Industrial estates and highly populated area has spread out from 5kms to 10 kms radius range.I could hardly remember that I have spotted a House Sparrow past 5 years and I was surprised to see one Sparrow yesterday which looks like a male.To read more about the vanishing Sparrow go to this link.
