"The Luthan" Saudi's first women's spa

In this residential district west from downtown Riyad, 20 Saudi businesswomen have opened the country's first women-only hotel-spa. the place is called "the Luthan" , in Arab this means the "shelter". "Shelter" as in a nice and comfortable place... In Saudi Arabia, 70 % of women have a weight problem. The spa is a great place to relax, be pampered and become conscious about your body and how to keep it fit and trim... Building up connections between the body, sports, health and exercise is something relatively new in Saudi Arabia but this seems to be catching on fast..
